i was there during that stabbing. you dont even know what happened. YOU werent there. it was self defense, they broke in our damn house not to mention that his smart get-away drivers took him home where he bled to death instead of the hospital.

Actually Steve Chamos, they broke into his house over drugs, it was not a random break in. Would you like him dealing drugs outside his house if you lived on the same block as him? He is a low life drug dealer & everyone in the neighborhood knows it!

Really Lisa? they broke in over drugs? I didnt see anything on the report saying the police found drugs in his house/posssesion during this "attempted robbery" gone wrong. If Sean Flowers friends werent a bunch of morons and would have kicked him out in front of the hospital instead of his house then he would still be alive. So whose the real crimminal there? and for all you people who talk Sh*t on the internet and are to scared to say it to this person/his family in person then you should have no right saying it at all. Also, with the economy the way it is no wonder people are selling drugs/ commiting crimes. If you want to blame someone blame all the greedy corporate empires who outsource every job, which in short causes people to try and earn money other ways.

it was an attempted break-in not a random stabbing. He was deffending himself and his family, which under new york state is not a crime. I give him a lot of respect for what he did. if he didnt do what he did then he would have been in the body bag, instead of the other kid.

Ok, people... Here's the deal... Yes, Joe is dealing drugs, so, NO, he didn't learn his lesson when he went away to jail, then a rehab... Yes, he needs to go away again for this, and maybe learn THIS TIME. As for the stabbing thing... Yes, he stabbed someone IN SELF DEFENSE, hence why he didn't spend 20 to life in jail. HOWEVER, it was NOT random, he got rid of the drugs before the cops got there. He has always been a user/dealer, and he needs HELP. What the neighborhood needs to realize is, every time Joe goes to jail, six NEW dealers pop up IN THE SAME AREA! Maybe the cops need to get the BIG dealers, and stop putting it all on the little guys. Yes, I realize he had all different kinds of drugs, but none in such great quantity as to make him a "big dealer". If Joe were smart, he'd roll on the big guys, and maybe lessen his sentence, but we all know he's not a snitch, so away he goes! I really do hope he learns his lesson this time... Other than that, he's generally a good kid.

Oh, and as for the kid that died... the only people responsible for that were HIS OWN FRIENDS! He should have been taken to a hospital, or at the VERY least, they could have rang his DOORBELL when they surreptitiously DUMPED him in front of his house!!

A good kid doesn't deal drugs!!! Bottom line to HelpPlease, get your friend away from him. Yes, he stabbed the person in self defense but it was over drugs! If he wasn't dealing drugs, they would not have went to his house in the first place!!!!

Listen people, the bottom line is the guy is a drug dealer. Theres people defending him and say hes only a low level dealer and to leave him alone. They are saying how the cops should not bother with him and go after the "big fish". Blaming it on corporate America. ETC. Get a clue people!!! Hes selling drugs!!!! Just the fact that he puts his family in danger says it all. That stabbing would of never happened if he did not have drugs in the house. And yes the other people were criminals as well. Joe is a good dude,he comes from a good family too. So fuckin' what if he is being accused of selling drugs. I know people who are much more worthy of being behind bars than him. Who is the victim here? Was he pushing drugs in a school zone? Or to little kids? No, if these allegations are true all of his clients are going to go into more dangerous places looking for drugs.

No one has any idea about the night of shawn flowers except US, so anyone who thinks they know why things happened or how is very obviously wrong. joe was always just into pot and after he took someones life, someone he used to hang out with, he got horrible post traumatic stress that severly impacted his life n every way including gaining a huge drug problem.
having seen almost everyone i know lose themselves and their loved ones due to heroin, ii now see how you cant ever be the same once you have that sort of problem. this country should really look into how heroin is effecting everyone again like in the 70's and actually try to help these people, considering they are who is allowing it over our borders like everything else. people who sell big amounts of drugs usually just becuase they need to fuel their addiction, not just being out of greed.
now im not trying to defend joe, i just know him better than anyone else so it saddens me terribly to see what he has done to himself. He wasnt always this way and its shitty for people to shit talk when they dont really have the facts.

like previously mentioned, there may have been several types of drugs found but that does not mean they were for sale. seeing as how they were in such small quantities then they were probably for self consumption.

I don't even know where to begin but I was there that night r.i.p Shawn flowers . My name is Carlos Deleon that night had a big effect on everybody that was there and like I said the day I got sentence sorry for the family of shawn flowers and joesand everybody just heard what happen nobody knows what happen so that's that. I don't wish jail on nobody I spent 3years and lost out on my family but it took me 3 years to grow the fuck up and man up and do right in life. All I'm saying joe leave that shit alone you have family support get your life together cause jail isn't for anyone .
